Easter Egg Hunt

Easter is a holiday for reuniting families, and one of our desires at Lake is to serve the families of our community. It is because of this that we sponsor an annual community wide Easter Egg Hunt. This year's "Egg-stravaganza" will begin promptly on Saturday, March 22, at 10:30 a.m. Approximately 10,000 plastic eggs containing various sweets and Scripture verses are strewn across the church property, which was divided into three age seeking groups 0-3, 4-8, & 9-12. In the past over 800 children have attended this outreach event, and the eggs went unbelievably fast!

Our Easter Celebration Outreach is intended to be a first-hand meeting with the neighborhoods in which we live. Remember...we have something wonderful to offer every person we meet...Jesus Christ!

Through the vehicle of our Easter Egg Hunt, we are able to invite kids to our Vacation Bible School in July and our AWANA clubs! Both are greats wasy to build bridges.

The Journey to Bethlehem

Please bring your family and friends to this incredible walk into history. Follow a Roman centurion as you journey with fellow travelers to witness the events leading up to the birth of Christ!

Journey begins promptly every 15 minutes and last about 30 minutes. Tickets are required for the time of your journey and are free to all. Contact the church office to learn more about The Journey to Bethlehem program.
